who give up their own free time to bring this event to you each year

Event Manager

I have been Retained FireFighter for Malmesbury Fire Station for approaching 5 years and was promoted to Crew Manager at Malmesbury Fire Station in August 2005
I enjoy giving something back to the local community I grew up in which was one of the driving forces behind this show being established.

Showground Manager

I have been working for Wiltshire Fire & Rescue Service as a Retained Firefighter for 9 years, operating from Malmesbury Fire Station. I was promoted to Officer In Charge of the Station in August 2004.

Security Manager

Police Representative, Inspector for Wiltshire Police
I have been with Wiltshire Police for 26 years serving in Chippenham, until being promoted to Sgt in Swindon. I later transferred to Road Policing Unit, on the M4 and Swindon areas as a Supervisor. I was promoted to Inspector of the Divisional Response Units based at Melksham until taking charge of the North Wiltshire Rural Sector based at Wootton Bassett some 4 years ago. I am involved in the policing of a number of major events, including the Royal International Air Tattoo, Kemble Air Days and most recently WOMAD. I am also the lead Officer in Wiltshire for Wildlife Crime.

Air Traffic Manager

Ambulance Representative, State registered paramedic
I am a state registered paramedic with 20 years experience in pre-hospital emergency care having served in the military and NHS Ambulance Service.
The last 4 years of my NHS service I have worked on the Paramedic motorcycle response unit and more recently working from a rapid response car.
I am currently working on a 12 month secondment on medical related projects in Libya and other middle eastern countries. My interests lay firmly in helping others in a variety of different remits.

Arena Manager

Police Representative, Police Community Support Officer/td>
I have been working as a Police Community Support Officer with Wiltshire Police for 3 years. During this time I have covered towns in the north of the county including Malmesbury Chippenham and Corsham.

Ambulance Liaison		 Steve Blackmore Committee Member
Ambulance Representative, Service Deliver Manager for Great Western Ambulance Service (East Sector)
I joined Devon Ambulance Service in 1997 and am celebrating 30 years of service this week 12th September.
I am currently serving with the Great Western Ambulance Service (NHS) Trust as the Service Delivery Manager for the Bath Group of the East Sector
This will be my first Emergency Services Show as the Ambulance representative for GWAS. 30 years ago I was part of the a team that organised the largest Emergency Services Show at the time which was run by the Lions Club on Ilfracombe sea front in Devon
